Job Descriptions:
1. Possess knowledge of the freight industry and proficient in the use of various logistics products after training.
2. Find target clients, quote, and follow through a case independently.
3. Reach sales targets, and trace sales progress.
4. Follow up client and market information, provide regular client and market analysis reports, and keep a good relationship with clients and peers.
5. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients in charge and identify business opportunities. Work out plans on project supply chain solutions in collaboration with Solution Team, present quotes and have business negotiations to secure orders.
6. Stay updated with international logistics industry and competitors’ trends, demonstrate strong client service orientation, capable of working under pressure, and aim for high salaries.
7. Conduct regular business reviews and present periodic work reports.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree is preferred;
2. Candidates with a freight logistics background or major are preferred;
3. Skilled in the use of office software;
4. Possess a strong team-oriented attitude and team management expertise project by project, combined with exceptional personal communication and business negotiation skills;
5. Exceptional proficiency in working under pressure, mitigating risks, and prioritizing client needs;
6. Good at communication and adept in ice-breaking.
